At our office, your safety is our top priority. We want to assure you that while many things have changed, one thing remains the same, our unwavering commitment to patient safety to ensure you are both safe and comfortable.
EXPOSURE RISK
As with the transmission of any communicable disease like a cold or the flu, you may be exposed to COVID-19 at any time or in any place. Due to COVID-19’s long incubation period, carriers of the virus may not show symptoms and still be highly contagious.
Although exposure is unlikely, by entering our office you are accepting the risks and knowingly and willingly consenting to you or your child receiving orthodontic treatment at Meier & Benitez Orthodontics.

Known exposure to COVID-19 in the last 14 days
